Rich Lapen is a sales and marketing professional with more than thirty plus years of experience in advanced network communications technologies for all aspects of government, provider, equipment manufacture and commercial enterprise markets. He has an extensive personal and professional network of contacts from C-Level executives to key engineering decision makers.
Widely respected for the depth of his technical knowledge, Lapen is able to articulate needs to all customers and stakeholders. His particular areas of expertise include mobile, cloud, cyber, DoD tactical, service provider, enterprise, network equipment customer environments, architectures, business models, and procurement methods.

Miles Altman brings to Dualos a deep experience in avionics, both in and out of the military. As a senior NCO in the US Air Force Reserve he worked on the C-17, learning its communication, navigation, and countermeasures systems, as well the data buses that connect many of its components. He was a Quality Assurance Inspector for the 315th Maintenance Group at Joint Base Charleston, and now leads and mentors a team of technicians to develop maintenance skills and readiness to meet Air Force needs.
Miles has also been a civilian employee for the Air Force, where he was a subject matter expert on flightline support equipment. He served as senior field engineer on F-16 flight simulators for Lockheed Martin, during which time he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in technical management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
“Miles will bring value to our customers by providing them with solutions to their more difficult avionics problems,” says Harris. “The most complex test and simulation challenges can only be addressed by a team that understands that complexity. These are communities that by definition lack capital investment from Capitol Hill and in federal agencies. The Small Business Week Summit is week-long networking and educational summit organized by the HUBZone Contractors National Council. Typically held as an in-person meeting, this year the Summit will be held virtually due to ongoing public health concerns related to the coronavirus pandemic.

Take some guidance on where and how to start organizing your upgrade from the General Manager of the Avionics Business Unit here at Dualos, Bill Schuh. First, he recommends to list what the old system supports by asking questions like:
- What does the system do?
- How is it used?
- Does the system still do the job and do you still need it?
- What software and peripherals are important?

- The RAR15XF-TB is the highest density portable MIL-STD-1553 and ARINC 429 available.
