Inside Account Manager

Position is responsible to support the effort of the outside sales and business development teams. Main activities; customer main point of contact for quoting, order status, and general support questions.

Dualos is searching for a successful, proven, and self-motivated Inside Account Manager to join our growing team of professionals You’ll work with technical Account Managers efforts to drive revenue and grow the territories selling our industry’s leading test and measurement and related equipment. You will be preferably based out of our corporate headquarters in Tacoma, WA.

This position requires excellent prospecting abilities.  Being successful requires a broad understanding of customers’ technical applications, the ability to describe the key benefits of all test and measurement products, and the aptitude to assist a customer in selecting the appropriate solution for their application, all over the phone.

Order Management

Position is responsible to ensure every order is delivered on-time. Daily interaction with Suppliers to ensure timely shipments along with problem resolution.

The Order Management position is responsible for the quality and logistics of purchase order deliveries and return of products through collaboration and interaction with Dualos’ Account Management, Client Support Specialists, Purchasing team and key suppliers. Overall responsibility is to manage purchase orders after placement, including returns, until product arrives on the customer’s dock. This position will be based out of our corporate headquarters in Tacoma, WA.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Provides the Account Manager (AM)/Client Support Specialist (CSS) with assistance to ensure Dualos meets the customer’s dock date requirements
  • Generates and updates reports on all open purchase orders, as well as escalates all purchase orders that exceed the customer’s SLA timeframe.
  • Once purchase orders are placed, oversees updating purchase orders in Salesforce, (Purchase Order Acknowledgements) with accurate shipping and tracking and reports on accordingly
  • Actively engages with supply chain vendors through phone and e-mail to ensure on time delivery.
  • Manages all supplier RMA’s and communicates RMA process & status to the AM/CSS to convey to the customer
  • Briefs AM’s and management on the status of current resolution efforts and attends meetings as requested or required.
  • Identifies key issues with suppliers, and notifies management of increasing trends, unusual activity or repeated unacceptable activity.
  • Provides quarterly supplier metrics and is engaged with Supply Chain Management on production of supplier and customer scorecards.
  • Prepare customer requested paperwork, such as the packing slip, proof of delivery and if required, will enter tracking information and updated delivery dates into customer portals.

Client Support

Position prepares quotes, verifies pricing, customer contract administration and other similar duties for inside Sales and Outbound sales staff.

The Client Support Specialist (CSS) position is responsible for quoting our OEM & contract customers, through collaboration and interaction with Account Managers, Purchasing, Order Management and Quality. From a quoting perspective, the CSS position is the day-to-day primary interface into our customer’s buying/purchasing team and requires a high degree of customer passion to achieve success. Position will be based out of our corporate headquarters in Tacoma, WA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Assists Account Manager with generating quotes and sales orders for customers.
  • Provides the Account Manager with assistance to ensure Dualos meets the customer’s request for excellence.
  • Generates and updates reports on all open sales orders and quotes.
  • Provides backup assistance for Account Manager during periods of absence.
  • Provides backup for Order Management, for RMAs/Shipping, during periods of absence.
  • Briefs Account Manager and management on the status of current resolution efforts and attends meetings as requested or required.
  • Direct communications with the customer through professional phone and email correspondence.
  • Able to understand areas of risks and able to mitigate such risks through open and transparent communications and task management.

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

The Business Development Associate must be an energetic self-starter who can quickly grasp the company’s vision, develop specific tactical plans and begin implementation upon appropriate approvals. Position will be based preferably from our corporate headquarters in Tacoma, WA or at a sales location in Huntsville, AL or Asheville, NC. The candidate must be resourceful and able to develop a well-defined time management process in order to progress the vision of assigned companies.

Additionally, the Business Development Associate will create and build client relationships while sponsoring interaction to obtain projects. Assist in developing and facilitating the proposal process for specific clients/sponsors including budget and pricing development, proposal writing, contract negotiations, and client presentations.

The e-Marketing Associate will work directly with Marketing Team Leaders to gain an understanding of; company branding objectives, B2B sales lead generation and associated marketing processes.

  • Work with team members to tweak current explainer email drip campaign to maximize results
  • Analyze current contacts for missing data that can be obtained via the web (i.e. End Users Technology focus)

 

Website

  • Develop list of links out on current website
  • Utilize tool or personal system to ensure links are verified bi-monthly for no broken links.
  • Assist with website update calendar when needed, light photo editing and banner creation will be required

 

Tradeshow

  • Assist team members with counts before and after tradeshows
  • Manage information to ensure accurate counts are being sent to each show
  • Assist team members with properly packaging marketing materials

 

General

  • Manage “Marketing Requests” through Wrike
