A company with a personal beginning
Nancy Papineau founded Dualos in 2008 with a purpose rooted in family and community. She wanted to support her family, show the next generation what hard work can achieve, and create opportunities for others.
Today, that purpose still shapes our woman-owned and Native American-owned small business. We bring a personal commitment to the customers we serve, the manufacturers we represent and the people who make our work possible.

OUR FOUNDER
Nancy Papineau
Founder
Nancy Papineau founded Dualos in 2008 with three deeply personal goals: to support her family, show her daughters and granddaughters what hard work and perseverance can accomplish, and strengthen her community through economic growth and job creation.
A Pacific Northwesterner with Native American heritage, Nancy draws inspiration from her Cherokee mother, whose resilience through poverty and separation from family left a lasting impression. The service of her father and brothers in World War II, Korea and Vietnam also shaped her respect for those who serve and the importance of the work Dualos supports.

I am guided by the strength exhibited by my Cherokee mother who fought poverty and separation from her family—and honored by my father and brothers who served our country in WWII, Korea, and Vietnam. Increasing workforce diversity and employing veterans and Native Americans to fulfill the growth potential of Dualos is my primary objective, while becoming ever more sustainable and ecologically responsible.”

Bill Martin
Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Customer Support
Bill brings more than 20 years of experience in aerospace and defense business development, sales, marketing and supply chain management. His leadership background includes VIAVI AvComm, Aeroflex/IFR Systems, FLIR Systems and Aprilia World Service.
He connects customers with solutions through established relationships across aviation OEMs, the U.S. military, wireless and network technology companies, distributors and channel partners.
Claude Sweeton
Director of Product Management and Strategy, Test and Measurement
A U.S. Navy veteran and certified metrologist, Claude brings more than 40 years of aerospace and defense experience. Trained at the Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory at Lowry Air Force Base, he has worked with research laboratories, federal prime contractors and test equipment manufacturers.
His expertise spans electronics, RF, microwave technologies and measurement. Away from work, he enjoys family time with his goldendoodle, Finley, and supports Loaves & Fishes and Habitat for Humanity.
Hannah Wolfe
Finance and HR Director
As Finance and HR Director, Hannah's role connects two essential parts of Dualos: the health of the business and the people who make it possible. Financial stewardship and support for employees go hand in hand with the company's commitment to responsible growth. Her place on the leadership team reflects a simple priority: build a strong business while creating a workplace where people can learn and grow.
Melissa Hill
Operations Manager
As Operations Manager, Melissa's role connects the team's plans with the everyday work of serving customers and partners. Operations brings together coordination, clear communication and attention to detail so that each step supports the next. Her place on the leadership team reflects the practical side of the Dualos promise: turn a commitment to quality and service into consistent, dependable work.
Mark Anderson
Director of Business Development
Mark likes to start with a simple question: what do you need to get done? He listens, asks questions and helps customers find the right equipment and support for the job. His four decades in avionics, systems engineering and business development include working with avionics test equipment at VIAVI and leading engineering teams at SELEX and SAIC.
He enjoys figuring out how the pieces fit together and making technical choices easier to understand. At Dualos, his focus is helping customers work through challenges, connecting them with the right people and products, and staying involved as their needs evolve.
